Can I relocate my town while being raided? If yes then what would happen to ongoing raid and their return?

The time for both remains the same -
So town being raided cant be abandoned, but can move to another location? Seems weird

yes, you can move the town but you cant demolish the town or its fort

So e.g. sending a ship would prevent the player form moving a town

"Movement of foreign units to / from the town" isn't completely true, but that needs a bit more explanation. Because with 7.8.2 it was changed a bit. So foreign units/ships moving between your towns won't block the town moving any longer. Eg. Player C has two of your cities (city 1 and city 2) occupied, now he moves the troops he has in city 1 to city 2, and they are still on the way, you can relocate city 1 or city 2. -
